On paper, everything looks good.
A career you worked hard for.
A life you built intentionally.

And yet something inside you is shifting.
Not because you’re ungrateful.
Not because you’ve failed.

But because the version of you who built this life…
isn’t exactly the same person you are today.

DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
-
You’ve built a life that looks successful from the outside, but something inside feels unsettled.
-
You feel the quiet pull toward something more meaningful, even if you can’t fully name it yet.
-
The career or identity that once fit you perfectly is starting to feel tight.
-
You’re not looking to blow up your life. But you are ready to explore what’s next.
If it does, you’re not alone. And you’re not stuck.

This tension between achievement and fulfillment is one of the most common, and most unspoken, experiences women grapple with. The voice in your head says, "Who are you to want more?"
But wanting more isn't selfish.
It's growth.
And it's exactly where we begin.
When something goes wrong in life, just yell "PLOT TWIST!" and move on.
I first saw it on a tea towel in a small gift shop: "When something goes wrong, just yell plot twist and move on."
I bought it for the laugh. But over time, it became something more - a philosophy. One that stopped treating change as something happening to me, and started treating it as something I could shape.

I know this territory from the inside. Across three decades, I've navigated real reinventions - in career, in geography, in identity. I've sat with the discomfort of outgrowing a version of myself I worked hard to build. I've felt the pull between ambition and alignment, between what looks successful and what actually feels like mine.

Before coaching, I spent years in public relations, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship. That background means I understand both the inner work and the strategic thinking required to make a real pivot - not just feel better about where you are.

As an ICF-certified Core Energy Coach and Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, I bring the tools to match the experience. Clients often tell me they leave our conversations feeling calmer, more grounded, and more like themselves.

I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you remember who you are, and hold the vision for what's possible.

THE PURPOSEFUL PIVOT METHOD
A Purposeful Pivot isn't about starting over. It's about moving forward with clarity, courage, and intention. It directly addresses what I hear most from the women who find their way to me:
-
"I keep thinking about making a change, but I can't seem to actually do it"
-
"I don't even know what I want anymore. I've spent so long focused on everyone else"
-
"I've outgrown my life but I don't know how to change it without blowing everything up"
-
"I'm afraid that if I start over, I'll lose everything I've already built"
Using my P.I.V.O.T. framework - a blend of mindset tools, strategic frameworks, and deep inner work - we move you from rumination to aligned action. From old patterns to choices that reflect who you've actually become.

Because when your values and your life finally line up, you don't just feel better. You come alive.
